Dear Client, 1. If your husband has made wrong or false statements in a divorce notice, you do not face any legal punishment for his false claims; instead, you should reply through a lawyer by denying every incorrect allegation, giving your correct version of facts, and stating that the false statements amount to misrepresentation and mental cruelty, and you can also mention that you reserve the right to take legal action if such false allegations continue. 2. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 3. You may schedule an appointment regarding your case by phone or email at your convenience. Thanks & regards, Priyanka Advocate Coimbatore
