If police submit incomplete chalaan, what can be done?

If after registering of FIR, investigating officer submits incomplete Chalaan in Trial court without doing proper investigations like bill verifications from jeweller, or not mentioning all the witnesses. What can be done by complainant?

Even where charge-sheet/Challan has been filed by the police under sub-section (2) of Section 173, the police can be directed to undertake further investigation in respect of an offence under sub-section (8) of Section 173 CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can move an application to court for further investigation u/s 173 crpc. For seeking investigation on certain points.
Moreover u may also ask court to preserve any electronic evidences if any of your case …
