If I file for divorce who gets the child custody and amount of alimony

I want to get divorce with my husband as we are having lot of differences We r having lot of fights an he often beats me
Dear madam ,
There is three question in ur query , one that he beats you , which can be stopped immediately with an order and protection can be provided , second is that you want divorce and alimony , divorce has its own ground which if proves can be granted , and alimony only after divorce with the same order can be granted which depends on ur husband salary , child age , education etc , child custody is third process which again has to be fought and order be obtained , generally mother holds better ground , there fore do have fair discussion on meet to see all points in detail , do contact , so that can be guided better .

'If u r not comfortable with the marriage it is better to part ways. It is always better to get a mutual consent divorce, failing wherein, u must go for a divorce proceedings which is contested, which can take 2-3 yrs.
