if i file DV case against my husband and he does not appear before court, what will happen. will the court pass order against him or will i've to wait for him to attend no matter how long? please reply

Court can pass exparte orders.. i.e. without his presence. Maintenance order can also be passed without his presence. Even if he is not paying after the orders there are options to attach his salary or property
