If husband not attend courts date's

If husband filed divorce case and he is not attend to court then what is procedure? And if wife is working but her salary less than husband still she can claim for her alimony or maintenance?

dear queriest, if the husband has filed divorce case and is not attending the hearing then the court may dismiss the case on the grounds for the petitioner not attending the case for his own relief, secondly if the wife is earning less or more doesn't matter, the circumstances of the case is what matters before the court. for more information about the same kindly call me.
