If Highcourt Stayed Complaint case then i eligible for enroll in bar

Hello My Wife Filed false 498a Complaint Case in Magistrate case . Magistrate issue Summon then i approched to High Court & High court Transfer the Matter in Mediation & also passed Stay order " Till the next order No Coercive action can be taken against me by magistrate court.. my Question is Can i Eligible for Registered as an Advocate in Bar council up ?? . I'm Law graduate kindly answer my query

See, as you are telling that a First Information Report under section 498A has been filed against you and the Honorable High Court has given a stay. Just by making any allegation against someone does not make a person a criminal, you do not need to be afraid. Contact me for more information. please do so, you will be fully assisted
