If already married person marry again what are the consequences

Hi , if someone is already married and he/she again marry with someone else then will the previous marriage become void or obsolete automatically ? And what will be the effect of this on all the 3 parties ??
the person who is already married and if he remarried then the new marriage become void until the previous marriage disolved by court rest what is the exact story then kindly explain full may be a way as per your story will find thank you
