I would like to get a second opinion on my ongoing divorce case.

My marriage happened in 2009 and I filed my divorce case in 2023 with the ground of continues mental harassment from my partner and other torturing . We have 2 daughters ( 13 and 10 years old). In the beginning she didnt responded to my case and later came up with multiple cases. - She got a court order to stay in my house ( my parents house ). Later court order to rent a house for her.She filed domestic violence , another case against my farther and one for maintenance. Twice failed mediation

You have to be specific about the case and provide all the details of the case to me and what reliefs are you seeking for against your partner. You can prefer appeals before the district court agaisnt the order passed by magistrate court

At this stage, the most practical remedy is to comply strictly with all interim orders (rent/maintenance) while shifting focus to an early disposal of the divorce case by filing an application for expedited trial and clearly pleading that the multiple retaliatory cases filed after your divorce petition themselves amount to mental cruelty, especially since mediation has failed twice; simultaneously, file a single, transparent income–expense affidavit in the DV and maintenance cases to prevent inflated claims, and request a fixed visitation schedule for your daughters so child-related disputes do not escalate—this approach reduces pressure from parallel cases and gives you the quickest, legally safe path forward.
