I wanted to file a divorce my husband threatens my life & our newborn

My husband is cheating with extramarital affair I don't have strong evidences to prove but he spend most of the time with that lady and he have her photos on his lock gallery and his parents dowry torture me to mask his son's behaviour and if I asked anything against them they life threatens me, during my pregnancy and still threatens after childbirth that he is male and I have to adjust and live with him otherwise me as a single mother can't survive
