I want to know wife's right after police complaint against my husband

My husband having addiction of alcohol, gutkha, tobacco, pan. And he having anger issues. Always gv threats me. One night he lost his patience n he started abusing me mentally n physically. So I informed to my family they dialed 100 no. N with there help my family rescued me. After that I lodged police complaint by ipc 323,504,506 against them. Now after 9 months my husband wants me to come home before he wants to meet me alone for further discussion.what should I do? I don't feel safe

You must follow the police complaint you have made with the local police station and also have family meeting with your husband's family and relatives and get all written assurance from him. If you do not wish to continue the matrimonial relationship then you can file for judicial separation or divorce case against him and also you have the right to file domestic violence case.
