I want to know that how much time it takes to close FR by related cour

On mr on girl registered FIR in mahila thana, and after all the investigations police found nothing against me and moved file for FR so my question is that how much time it takes to close the file from court after FR

In that case, the court will issue notice to the informant so for that purpose she will come and she may also have a right to file protest petition against that FR and court may also treat that matter as a complaint.
