I want to file a divorce case against my husband. It's been 22 years of my marriage and since then he is absusive to me. He abuses me and my 2 childrens mentally and also do not provide us basic needs of life like good good and environment. I really want to leave him and give him divorce please help me how can I.
First of all to get a divorce, you will have to come to the court to go to your local court and meet an advocate there, you can file a divorce case. For this, you have to carry a wedding card with a passport size photo Aadhaar card....
