I want to apply for mutual consent divorce

I am married before 7 months. Will I get mutual consent divorce. I am 7 months pregnant.when I am eligible to take divorce.

Husband and wife can apply for divorce, divorce can be granted for many reasons, some of which are adultery, cruelty, separation for two or more years, conversion of one or both of the spouses, mental abnormality, chronic illness and code. . A wife can file for divorce if her husband remarries after this marriage and sexual intercourse between the two, or if the husband is found guilty of rape, homosexuality, or sexual intercourse. In addition, if one of the spouses feels that the marriage needs to end and now it is difficult for them to stay in the marriage, they can go for divorce if they can prove it.

petition for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce may be presented to the district court by both the parties to a marriage together, whether such marriage was solemnized before or after the commencement of the Marriage Laws

mutual consent only grant divorce if both parties husband and wife both agree for dissolved marriage otherwise if you willing to give divorce to your husband then you can file divorce petition which will decide in court
