I Want to appeal in high court of bombay
14-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I had family related matrimony case in family court thane. The out come of case came in may 2023 and it was against me. I had no advocate in the case as lot financial issues. Came to know now that opponent done fraud and told false in the case of many types and i lost case. Is possible to appeal now. I am Hindu.

An appeal against a Family Court order can be filed before the High Court under the Family Courts Act, 1984 within 30 days from the date of judgment.
