I Want Divorce My Wife.. We Are Both Muslim And Wants Divorce

I want to divorce from my wife. If i apply it and i am muslim so what is the process it. We have not registered marriged certificate. If i hsve proof she is hide some information like her education, and his go to her motjer home every 2-4 days with out my permission also before marrige hwr fsmiky promised she will not doing job and not continue education but she is continue this without my permission. Also she want stay with her without my parents. In case i appay divorce then it possilbe i give her divorce without maintaince and alumini. I am muslim and my wife also so it possible?

Mubarat (Mutual Divorce) Both husband and wife agree to separate peacefully. Either party can propose divorce; the other accepts it. Well, if you both guys are Muslim and need Mutual Divorce, then it can be possible, you can either take it before the Darulkaza or before the concerned Family Court of the State, where you guys have got married!
