i want divorce but wife is not ready to take divorce what to do

i want to take diverse but my wife is not ready to take,and also she is not ready to leave with me. in this case what should i do
you can issue a legal notice and straight away file the divorce proceeding against your wife with your local jurisdiction court of law. let the wife be appear and face the battle hopefuly some ways will come out however if she fails to appear you may proceed it with ex-parte orders. but it is proper to go a head with legal process by filing the divorce petition.
