My wife did marriage without given me divorce and ran away from her house and her parents kidnapped my son and not allowing me to meet him . I want devorce and child custody

Second Marriage without divorce is not valid. You are entitled to meet your son. Divorce can be filed. Custody of child depends upon the age of the child and can be prayed for. In order to appropriately resolve the issue some more details are required.
