I want a divorce from my husband and will i get my child custody

I want a divorce from my husband as he is abusive both physically and verbally. I don't have a job , I don't have a degree too and have a daughter who is 3. I don't have any savings how to file for a divorce and how will I survive without money but I cannot stay with him either. What shall I do?

Dear questionnaire We would like to inform you that as per the law you have right to file the divorce petition against your husband and to get the divorce from the appropriate court. Apart from that you have also right to file the custody petition before the court for getting custody of your own child.
