I suspect my Lawyer is Lawyer compromised

I suspect My lawyer compromised, working for me but in favor of them. Instead of sending RCR and directly sent Divorce notice and when I asked him he said we don't have option and said that they filed 498A.

Dear Sir, If you are not satisfied with the conduct of your Advocate you may engage another Advocate and NOC of the present Advocate is not necessary as it is notice stage. You may get issue a modified the notice for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and thus proceed against your husband.
