I Sent Restitution For Conjugal Rights Notice To Wife.

After getting To Notice To Them , They Started Pressurising Me & My Family , not Directly to me or my family, but they sent third person towards my house, conclusion of conversation with that person, they will going to file dowry case against me and my family, my parents are old aged and we are suffering under mental stress, my parents are shocked, what will be the next procedure?
Can they file Dowry case?, If they filed what is next step?
When you have sent restitution notice you and your family have upper hand in every manner. You have not mentioned what are your in laws Pressuring you to do. you said that you have come to know through 3rd person. If she wants to file dowry case you have to secure bail then. but she does not have any case to file dowry case against you. She is just making statements for you to bring under pressure to make you do whatever she wants.
