we married 2016 after that 1 month we separate and 2017 we filled mutual divorce on court but my husband suddenly told me he not give me divorce after that mutual case disposed off 2019 and he will arrest on some 420 case 2020 still he is in jail now its high time i don't want any relationship with him .i need divorce immediately i am not able to settle also mental torture is also their ,who is help me with this situation please contact me 6291218853

hello I solve your problem as soon as possible then you decree was done of mutual consent divorce which date mention it and which court thereafter I can assis you for your legal assistant, kindly give me your details

I'm sorry to hear about your plight. let me inform you that withdrawal of consent to divorce after initiating a mutual divorce proceeding will not confer any speed on a contested divorce case but that can certainly be urged as an element of mental cruelty along with all other grounds that you already have. so meet a lawyer with your papers of disposal of your earlier divorce to guide you with your new divorce case. at this point I fail to understand why the earlier mutual divorce application was disposed when it should have been converted to a contested divorce and decreed accordingly. may be the papers will reveal. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
