I need divorce to my husband he is not giving me me

Can I marry again without divorce because almost 5 years done of my marriage now I m living with my parents with my child he is four years old and I m not connected with my husband and his family still three years

no as per law you can't Marry without divorce from your first husband this is against law, contact him and tell him to file mutual application under section 13b of Hindu mm marriage act or otherwise you can file divorce. for more details contact me, your information is not sufficient to your advice..
