I need a legal advice on Case related to dowry

We are hindus. My husband always provokes me by using foul and vulgar language against me and my parents. He and his family have abused me for not giving them money and my gold items. He has also prevented a physical relationship, yet he is not pursuing a divorce. I need advice on how to deal with this.

hi you could file for donestic violence and for harassement and vulgar language and asked him to restrain him and if he is not pursuing divorce then you need to file for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty
