I & my wife already attended mediation and counselling multiple times.


16-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
7 mediation & 3 counselling sessions were completed. Both mediators and counselors mentioned that NOT COMPATIBLE. However, judge asked to go mediation one more time. It is annoying why the case it getting dragged despite counselors clearly spotted my wife is threatening me with suicide if I do not do what she & her parents say. nHow can I accelerate the process and get the divorce asap?

If the court has passed an order for mediation once again, then for formality sake. attend the session once again and inform the mediators that you are not interested in the reconciliation process anymore and to revert back to trial court. Once it is coming to the regular court you may deal with it ASAP
