i m looking for divorce from my wife. what are the proedures?

dear sir, i have facing a lot of torture from my wife and my family. im married for 2 yrs and we dont have any kids. i didnt opt for any dowry nor harrassed her till date. she keeps blackmailing for filing fake case against me also pretends to commit suicide. please help by giving advice for getting rid of her legally.i m 22 it was a love marriage. she has her physical inabilities which i m taking care of my own expense . i m student and working parttime. my family is middle class and i m staying away form family coz of her torture and feeling helpless.

Generally, Any spouse could file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Before filing any petition it is advisable to send a Legal notice calling for divorce on mutual consent. If there is no positive response you could file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty.
