I m a 43 years Jobless(8 years) Hindu Gujarati. 35 years spent n worked at Mumbai & Since 2015 8 years at Surat. My Wife Left in 2018 with Parents & I got her back Home. 30 April 2023,She's gone with Parents both Times with 2 Daughters. 11 & 15 years. I Stay with my Parents aged 43 years. She Doesn't wants to stay with me now but wants me to eagerly get on a Job. She was working in last 8 years. Since Sept 2022 She is also Jobless. They want Alimony, Maintenance, Marriage Monies for Girls.

You must be having properties. Sell them and pay. Just make it all go. and don't hire a lawyer. their fees are in close proximity with the inflation. since you must be having so much of free time, learn the law by yourself. bare acts are cheaper than other law books. then just write a petition to the court ir wait till the opposite side gets summons issued in your name. finally, don't forget to pray. and if you must believe in gods, do pray for lawyers as well. they are not getting enough for what they do. pray.
