As per your query in law rato yes you can file a divorce case against your husband in the district court asap and also ask for maintenance from him contact with the lawyer as early as possible law rato

you send a legal notice that you want divorce . For the demand of justice he has to reply whether he wants mutual divorce or contested . Accordingly you file divorce . And for maintenance he agrees than maintenance filing is not required
