I have to file for a contested divorce as my wife is abusive. Help.

I m abhishek Male 37 hve 1 son. 7 yrs marriage, getting exploited by wife, giving me mental torture and huge stress. Threatening of fake dowry case and fake domestic violence case. My parents never lived with me. Only her parents lived with me.i have done cremation of her father by taking loan. She is single child. Her mother living in my home.her mother having depression history. She is also having depression history and she has hyper anxiety.. Hyper anger and obsessive compulsive disorder.. She is educated but always use abusive language at home. She abuse my whole family daily but they never lived with me because of her behavior. My son is also facing stress he is 6 year old. Pls help man exploitation is different then normal cases. M not financially sound.. I m unable to give alimony which will be out of pocket.. Alimony should be as per my salary... She is a working women but always change jobs.. Never stick to one place because of her anger.. psychiatric treatment fr 2 yrs
