I have never enrolled for aadhar card to show my assets

My wife has filed for maintainance and alimony and the magistrate has asked me to submit my assets and liabilities and l don't have aadhar card because I have never enrolled for aadhar card till now I only have pan card and other I'd proofs...so I heard that aadhar card is mandatory to show my assets and liabilities..wen I went to enroll fr aadhar I was informed that il have to visit regional head office for enrollment which takes 4-6 months..my next hearing is in one month

Dear Sir, Aadhar card is not mandatory you can file and get it as per the procedure. Just file assets and liabilities otherwise the income shown by your wife will be taken into consideration and huge interim maintenance may be allowed. You have to say that so many liabilities are there to reduce the quantum of interim maintenance.
