I have a kid of 9 years. My wife's behaviour is not good towards me and my family. Alway keeps quarrelling on any random issues. Due to her my happy joint family comprising my elder brother's family got splitted a year back, thinking that they may be the reason behind her such behaviour. Now even after this, there is no change in her behaviour. Her family also not that responsive to this issue and not paying any heed even after complaining about her many times. What I can do in this situation?

in that case if you want to continue the marriage you can send her a legal notice as a warning to fix her behaviour or if you want to discontinue you can file a divorce petition for cruelty and she made you quit your joint family.

If you think that you are not able to cohabit with your wife you can file for divorce and if you and your wife is ready for mutual divorce you can file for mutual divorce if not then you can file divorce under mental harassment.

Both the parties can sit together and try to settle the matter by suggestions of elderly people in the family. If that doesn't work, you should go for divorce and accordingly send divorce notice to your wife
