I have a daughter aged 10 from previous marriage.Currently I am re-married. We are planning to apply passport for my daughter. How can we get my current husband's name on the passport and can it be added as Father's name and not step father name. My daughter is completely unaware of what happened in the past as she was just 1 year old at that time and considers her step father as her own father.We do not want her to go through any mental distress. Hence really want to get my current husband's name as father's name.Is it possible?What are the documents required? Religion - Hindu

hello mam pahle aap Aadhar card mein change karvaiye Aadhar card mein change karvane ke liye aapko devorce ki degree and some other document chahie honge uske bad aapke passport main application likhkar change ho jaega adhik jankari ke liye please call Me

you may approach to your High Court and filed the civil Writ petition to direct the passpport authority to issue passport as mention with current Father name. firstly apply passport application with your desired details with birth certificate
