I got married on 2014 now have two girl child..


19-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband and his family members harresed me and my father, mother and brother.. they tortured us by asking dowry,and beat me everytime and leave us alone and locked the house.. i filed DVC on 2022 maintenance ordered 20000 for me and my child.. my husband paid first payment alone after that he doesn't come to the court now they issued bailable warrant for non payment of maintenance and went to appeal also .. also he applied divorce on the basis of cruelty...what i need to do??
