I Don't want Divorce so what is the solution need Guidance............

I need help I don't want divorce I really love my wife but My wife is not with me from 2 months and she wants divorce We have completed just one year of marriage And she was pregnant and she aborted the child without my permission and after that she is demanding for divorce

You may send her the notice to resume the marital relationship with you and return back to you. you may then file a petition in Court for ordering her to return back and resume cohabitation with you. if your wife has decided for reasons best known to her then except a court's order nothing can compel her to return back

If you don't want divorce, you have to oppose her divorce petition by contesting the matter in family court. You have to show grounds to the court as to why divorce should not be granted. She has to submit valid grounds of divorce and in the absence thereof, she cannot get divorce. You can approach me for further assistance
