Hello
I filled 498 case last year i found some dirty chats of my husband. just becoz of 498 he was unable to join navy..he came back to me nd settled case saying he will behave properly.. as a girl i wanted to start my married life again as i dont want to face world..i took my case back..just after few days of closure he started behaving weird..he is giving me very bad treatment everyday..i cry i do work at his place like worker nd at d end everyday he gives me mental torchure..
plz help me
You have every legal right to seek protection and justice. Since the mental and emotional harassment has resumed, you can refile your 498A complaint along with a Domestic Violence case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. You can also seek residence rights, protection orders, and maintenance. If you no longer wish to continue the marriage, filing for divorce on cruelty grounds is also an option. Collect any evidence of harassment (messages, witnesses, etc.)

Well, if you are facing consistent ill treatment from your Husband, then, you again file a Police Complaint to lodge FIR along with DV Complaint under the concerned provisions of law. You also lodge a Complaint before the concerned Department of Navy!
