i can not live with my wife she hert my daughter but she dont leave

sir,my brother's wife HEART their daughter & our daughter do not want to live with her mother . my brother also dont want to live with his wife & want to take divorse with her. But she dont want to take divorse & also dont want to leave our home. In our home everyone ( my aged father-mother-daughter-my brother ) scare from her . She said that no one can force me to leave this home..so now ...how we can STOP her ? how we can get protection from her ? is there any legal law to make her to leave ?

You need to prepare a Legal Notice to be sent to your wife for her wrongful acts and pressuring tactics. You can file a police complaint against the physical abuse against your daughter and other family members also. for that, you may need some facts amd proof of injuries sustained by the victim of her physical beating. do the needful.
