I brought my wife back but i found she is having affairs with 2 person she chat on what's up and do video call now she want to take bace the DV case but i want mutual divorces but she refuse plz help me

If she is not giving you the mutual divorce. Then you can file separately for divorce under ground adultery in family court. first send her the legal notice if you agree in mutual we can file for mutual or else I will separately for divorce
