I am unemployed woman and I have 9 months old daughter. I want a divorce from husband . But I want my daughter's custody. As I am unemployed will the court grant the Custody to my husband?

you can apply before the court to obtain divorce as well as apply for having the permanent custody of your child in spite of being unemployed. you can also ask for maintenance from your husband. The court will not grant the custody of your child to husband but may give only the access to meet and play with the child

is your husband ready to give you divorce you can file for mutual divorce. if your husband is not ready to give divorce by mutual way then you can file for divorce and you may also get the custody of the child as she is not major.
