i am totally shattered what to do?

mere husband jail me hai 6 mahino se,mere do bacche hai.school me padhte hai .meri shadi ko 13 saal ho chuke hai ,mere husband ne hamesha mujhe pareshaan hi kiya ,kabhi maara to kabhi taane maare.mera har tarike se harrasment kiya.aur jab bhi me stand lene ka sochti to haath pair jodne lag jaate the,par aaj na mere paas ghar hai na naukri ,hai to sirf do bacche .par mujhe ek dar laga rehta he ki mere husband jab bhi jail se aayenge to fir se wahi sab shuru ho jayega,me kya karu?

Sab se pehley ye batiye kya wo jail aapke wajah se gaye? aur aap karna kya chahti hain unse alag hona chahti hain ya saath me he rehna chahti hain? Kya aapney apney husband se jail me milne gaye to unka kaisa behavior hai aapse? Aur wo aapko maarte kyu hain?

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you and wish to go legal then you can always file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your childrens. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

aap Agar Apne Pati ke dar se ji rahe hain Apne do bacchon ke sath to aapko police ki sahayata leni chahie aapko police ke ala adhikariyon ko avgat Karana chahie aap Chahe To Apne माता-पिता ya kisi rishtedar ke yahan jakar Rah sakte hain
