I am the wife of an ex army man and I have 2 daughters too. My husband left us after retirement. I used to get maintenance money from him before his retirement without even filing a court case against him I just posted some letters to the army headquarters and they accepted my monthly maintenance claim and I used to get 33% of his salary but after his retirement he fled away and I posted a letter again to the headquarters and they replied we can't do anything because he has retired go file a court case against him . I filed a court case but without his adress I cannot hand him the summon what should I do to get maintainance from his pention .it's really hard for me to look over two daughters and working at the same time please give me a suggestion I am in lot of trouble right now

since he's getting pension from army and if you have filed a case under Section 125 crcp then make the department a party to the proceeding. then seek permission for paper publication. then if the lower court denies to direct the department to make provision for your maintenance then you can approach the high court which can direct the department to deduct the pension and credit the maintenance to your account. do not worry you will certainly get your due. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta

if you are working then you are liable to get maintenance for your daughters only furthermore if you don't have any specific address then you may serve him the summon notice over email or WhatsApp or you may even publish a general notice against your husband in the newspaper ... according to the order of the learned court you need to act upon... for further query kindly contact for consultation.
