I am not sure where can I Filing for Divorce ?

I got married in Dec’ 2009 at ‘ Kherwadi Bandra ( East), MUMBAI’ and my marriage was registered in Nagpur in 1st week of Jan. 2010. Would like to know if I can file for a divorce in Mumbai or have to do it in Nagpur.? Thanks.
You can file for divorce in one out of multiple jurisdictions. Either where you got married, or where your marriage was registered, or where you last resided as a couple or your current place of residence.
