I am not happy with my marriage.want to separate on the ground of crus

I am married from 15 yrs,have a girl child of 7 yrs old,bt not happy with the marriage.want to separate on the ground of cruelty.please tell me what are the options fr me
you can apply for divorce if your marriage life is not working properly. since you mentioned cruelty you can file a divorce petition on the same ground and other practical matters. you can also ask for alimony. but we have to consider a lot of other things while filing petitions.
