I am not getting my Maintainence in may court case

Can I get arrear Maintainence in compensation amount?

Firstly you have to file a divorce case and if you are not working then you may claim maintenance under 125 crpc... if he fails to provide you maintenance then you may file an execution case... if you are working then you may file for maintenance under the DV act.
