Under Muslim law, divorce can be done outside court through Talaq, Khula, or Mubarat, provided legal requirements are followed. However, for legal validity and records, it is advisable to document the divorce in writing, involve witnesses, and subsequently approach the Family Court/Qazi for declaration or file a mutual consent divorce to avoid future disputes.

identify why your brother wants to live abroad: Job / Work Permit Study (Student Visa) Business / Investor Visa Dependent / Family Visa Permanent Residency (PR) Asylum / Refugee (only in special cases) Each purpose requires a different legal route. 2. Who Can Legally Help (Advocate's View) You should approach only: Immigration Lawyer / Immigration Advocate Registered Visa Consultant (ICCRC, MARA, OISC etc. depending on country)
