I am going through very tough time in my marriage life

I am having issue with my wife where she is very abusive towards me and she left the home with out my information i am asking her to come stay with me but she is not coming since 2 years now she given petition in police station i went there and attended the counseling 5 times till now she is not ready to come with me she is asking my father's property on her name or she is asking huge amount of 50 lakhs i don't have kids
hi if you dont want to stay with your wife then you could file petitoon for divorce on grounds of cruelty mental and physical or for separation and if she is not coming to marital home then you could file for restitution of conjugal rights
