It may be a case of wilful misinterpretation and then wilful omission. But once you are married, where does it take you? can you file a case for divorce? maybe. but would that bring peace? what was your purpose of getting married? look at your husband's nature and if it's ok to be with, if it's 7/10 or better, just stick with it and pray for better times. I've seen people turning their 5/10 or 6/10 marriages into a happy story of 8/10 experience of 3 decades with patience in initial years. you know the best. but consider revenge only if you're cheated on multiple accounts. also, give it a proper thought, where do you want to take this? I believe, I'm answering the same question, again and again, bcs you're posting your same question 5+ times and basically fishing for a sympathetically agreeable answer. liberate yourself. you need healing the most, and vengeance can't bring it to you. as for me, as a professional, it's better to provoke you into getting me another draft of notice or legal documents of a case for fees. but I'm looking for long-term trust and thus advise you to take it with a pinch of salt. read my responses again. take your time. and even after reconsidering my words, you want to take legal action, feel free to connect with me.

Yes, you can make allegations to that extent for cheating but then the question is what do you want after all? Do you want him behind bars? If so go ahead with a complaint. The Registrar of marriage can also be informed about the same. Open to Further queries. Regards, Adv. M. K. Vohra, M. K. Vohra & Associates, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
