A friend of mine is looking for her husband’s employment info for her maintenance case. He works in Singapore but has misrepresented to the court stating he is jobless. How can she get his employment and salary details to produce to the court so that a fair amount is ordered for maintenance. Singapore has employment confidentiality law. How can it be requested through the court or with the help of Indian government?
