Husband wants mutual divorce and asking me to forward the mutual conse

19-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband wants mutual divorce. I told my husband I am ready if he gives me full and final Alimony and Maintainance. My husband did not say anything related to Alimony and Maintainance and told me to forward him mutual Consent Draft. I told him you forward the mutual consent draft first as you are inclined towards mutual divorce. Does it really matters who forwards the mutual consent draft first a wife or husband? Will my husband take disadvantage if I forward the mutual consent draft first as my husband wants to go for mutual divorce more than me?
