If you are not ready for divorce he cannot get it forcily. Without your consent he cannot file the joint petitin. So in your case it would be better to approach an Advocate who is able to give the counselling.

Its a bit complicated but we can settle it amicabily i think. Ur query lacks where ur husband is at present. A mediation talk in the presence f a professional mediator will do the job. Better hurry because in 80% family matters things gets worse only beacuse they gets guidance on the last moment n by then relationships would have broken. So i reccomend u to get a lawyer or professional mediator at the earliest.

Question: i am staying abroad. 8 months back got second marrid. 4 years 1st married life legally divvoced. and after loved one person who was didn't married. i shared my past to him and after we got married present of both family. but aftet husband family didn't like me. same time ex husband play dirty game to my husband family. now husband family told to my husband to divorce me. now he is planig to divorce. what i do. kindly help me.
