Husband wants divorce and I dont what to do

My husband wants divorce from me,have got married on 24th January,2017.He n his parents are blamming me that I have stolen his house keys.n they are continuously torturing me.many times he bate me before but I do love him so i never told this to my parents.Now they don't want me at their home ,What shall I do?
Nothing doing. Just try to win d confidence of your husband & in case he files divorce petition (after 6 months of marriage) contest the same . Under DV Act 2005 you have all the rights viz right to residency, protection & monetary relief etc etc. - so act cool

Hi, firstly you need to talk to your parents and took them in your confidence. They are your best companion. After consulting your parent, lodge a police complaint against the cruel behaviour done by them. There are many legal remedies available to you.

First of all, your husband cannnot apply for divorce only any ground except that your marriage was performed through fraud before one year of the marriage. He cannot force you to get out of the house too. But to be on the safe side, serve him a legal warning so that he remains vigilant of the consequences while committing any act of cruelty on you. But if he still remains the same, you will have to complaint for the same and bring the matter in public light
