Wife ka shadi se pehle affair tha husband ke puchne pr nahi bataya,shadi ke kuch din baad pata chal gaya husband ko, husband wife ke against case kar sakta hai cheating ka, divorce le sakta hai??

No this is not a valid ground for taking divorce one has right to privacy if an affair is going on after marriage then on that basis divorce can be taken on the ground of adultery that too has to be proved.
